Volumetric convection 3D
The Beko BIS 15300 X electric oven with an integrated steamer is a relatively simple model with manual cooking settings. The device with an internal chamber with a volume of 71 L is designed for recessed installation in a kitchen set. The appearance of the device does not raise any complaints: the black design of the front panel is complemented by silvery design elements and is made in a classic combination of metal and glass. The facade has not received an oleophobic coating, so be prepared to deal with marks on the surface. The model can operate in 9 preset modes, among which we highlight food defrosting, cooking in a double boiler, frying with a grill, as well as 3D heating, which evenly distributes heat throughout the entire volume of the oven while cooking on several levels. Side guides allow you to cook on any of the 5 levels (one of the guides is telescopic).
Electronic timer with clock
On the control panel there is a retractable container for pouring water into the steam container (300 mL), 2 recessed knobs for selecting functions and a thermostat (50 – 250 °C), 4 touch buttons and a digital display with indicators. The built-in electronic timer is able to display the current time and set the duration of cooking (there is an auto-off). To prevent the children from knocking down the set settings, a blocking of the control buttons (protection from children) is provided. All important alerts are shown on the display in text and duplicated by an audible signal. At the end of the work, the cleaning of the inner chamber will be carried out with steam, which effectively softens dirt, soot and food residues. The oven comes with a grill rack and 2 baking sheets (standard and deep). The model is manufactured at the company's main plant in Turkey, and the manufacturer gives it a 2-year warranty.
