The Bemi brand e-book is one of the most affordable solutions on the market, which is suitable for undemanding users. The device received a plastic case, weighs only 160 grams, has a thickness of 8.6 mm, so it does not take up much space when carrying and does not cause hand fatigue during long reading sessions. For convenience and long-term preservation of the presentation, the model is supplemented with a complete case.
The Bemi Cognita book reader received a 6-inch monochrome (16 grayscale) paper-like screen (E Ink technology) with a resolution of 1025 by 758 pixels. Touch control is not provided, and there are traditional physical buttons under the display to interact with the e-book. The hardware filling is rather modest: it is represented by a Rockchip RK2818 processor with a clock frequency of 600 MHz and a reserve of 128 MB of RAM. This stuffing works under control of OS Linux. If 4 GB of internal storage is not enough, then at any time you can expand it with microSD cards (up to 32 GB). Among other features, it is worth highlighting the presence of a 1500 mAh battery, a worthy set of supported book file formats, and the presence of a microUSB port.
