Few men like to mess around with cooking, but I just belong to this rare and probably endangered species. Actually, I would probably make a good cook, but I absolutely do not like a professional kitchen with its steam-heat-bustle. Another thing is at home, on a day off, with feeling, with sense, with arrangement, with the air conditioner on and a powerful hood. In general, I don’t even know who was more pleased with this acquisition, me or my wife. She also cooks well, but she does it without a spark, too bland and dietary. Bosch was chosen because the equipment of this brand, and even assembled in Germany, is always a win-win option. An expensive option, not without it, but reliable like German cars. Our apartment and kitchen are small, so we try to use combined and multifunctional household appliances. And this is exactly such an option, because besides the fact that it is a full-fledged electric oven with lower and upper heating, grill and convection, it is also a spacious forty-five liter microwave. And all this in one built-in housing. I don't think the microwave is a good option for cooking. For me, this is primarily a high-speed warm-up and defrosting. With the modern rhythm of life, this is convenient, but nothing more. But the correct baking of the dish is important, it gives an incomparable taste. And this oven knows how to bake, it has six different modes of operation and a whole bunch of built-in recipes. By the way, my wife willingly uses the built-in recipes, but I often prefer manual settings. There were also fails, I won’t hide it, but as a rule everything works out. Helps in this advanced electronic touch control with a timer and a good backlight. The oven is very pleasant to work with, but this pleasure is expensive, very expensive. Place management is boring, that is, it requires a lot of settings and touches.
В русской инструкции по эксплуатации нет упомянания про микроволновый режим. Так есть ли он? Дополнение: Немного порылся в инете. По ссылке на немецкий сайт хоть и указана модель CMG 633BB1, когда переходишь на страницу с инструкцией https://media3.bosch-home.com/Documents/
угу.. немецкое качество боша обычно до первого ремонта...а это произойдет достаточно быстро... лет 5, не более... и тут сразу оказывается, что качество может и есть, но совершенно не ремонтопригодное, либо по таким ценам, что проще новую духовку купить.

The capacity of the enamel coated inner chamber is 45 liters, and the power of the built-in 5-stage microwave magnetron is 900 W (90, 180, 360, 600 and 900 W). When buying a device, you should take into account the high connection power of 3.65 kW, which not any home wiring can withstand. The oven space can be ventilated with heated air using a fan powered by a quiet, durable and energy efficient EcoSilence Drive electric motor.
Wide range of heating temperatures
The electronic control panel's rotary ring switch lets you select desired settings with a simple one-finger twist, while the 3.7" TFT colour display with direct selection sensors brightly illuminates the current option in red. The display shows the temperature in the oven, which differs slightly from the actual values due to thermal inertia, and also shows an indication of the residual heat when the oven is switched off. The wide range of cooking possibilities is due to both traditional heating and additional grill and hot air modes, which are especially effective in various combinations. A set of 35 automatic programs allows you to cook in the oven a variety of dishes according to original recipes — from simple casseroles and soups to delicious desserts. Thanks to the wide range of temperature settings from 30 °C to 275 °C, the model is especially good at baking. Cakes, pies, strudels, pizzas, baked goods, biscuits and cookies — there is nothing that the oven does not do "perfectly". The oven comes with a universal rack and a deep baking tray for pies and casseroles, but don't be stingy with ordering additional utensils that are specially designed for your favorite dishes.
