The Caso CP 300 electric citrus juicer from a well-known German manufacturer of kitchen appliances is a semi-professional product and belongs to the upper price category. Thanks to thoughtful details and high quality workmanship, the model is particularly easy to handle and maintain. The body and main elements are made of food-grade stainless steel, and the cone nozzle, pressure bowl insert, lever handle, removable juice tank and base of the device are made of plastic. All removable parts of the press can be safely washed in cold and hot water. The device is securely fastened to the table with the help of pneumatic suction cups mounted in the case stand. Under the action of the pressing force on the fetus, the motor shaft automatically starts to rotate, which is an effective protection against accidental start. The motor has built-in protection against overheating under critical load, which immediately stops the rotation of the working shaft. Installed on its removable tip, the universal nozzle with a “bumpy” surface extracts the best juice from a fruit cut into halves. A metal filter with slots in the form of lines, placed like a colander in a checkerboard pattern, prevents bones, cake and pieces of pulp from getting into the glass.
