In addition to preparing fragrant espresso, the coffee maker can quickly heat water for brewing tea or herbal preparations. For preparing cappuccino or latte, it is equipped with a manual cappuccino maker with a metal panarello nozzle. It is completed with two cream filters, which differ in the amount of ground coffee loaded (for preparing one or two cups). There is an automatic shutdown system that activates after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Not exactly flaws, more like suggestions for the manufacturer, from my perspective, of course, considering the budget aspect:
1. The buttons (start and steam) should either have an on/off switch or be spring-loaded (it's not always clear if the button is pressed).
2. It would be nice to have a steam indication when turning it on, meaning an additional light.
3. The steam control lever is smooth and slippery; it would be better if it were ribbed.
I used it for about 4 months, and now it doesn't work properly. I sent it to service, but the service doesn't want to do anything, saying that descaling is needed, which is paid, and it’s better if they just return it to me to deal with it myself - basically, it's my problem. I requested a cleaning (at my expense, no problem, as that's what the service is for) and to check its functionality after cleaning. This process took place twice, each time for about one and a half weeks. No action was taken, and the problem remains unresolved because, according to the pressure gauge, the system loses pressure (which was the reason for the service call) and the coffee machine does not provide the required pressure for brewing. Consequently, the coffee is so-so and leaks steam. (It was returned with the words: "We descaled it, everything is fine, no charge.")
Upon purchase, the pressure gauge indicated the system had reached and maintained pressure, but now there is no pressure; the needle rises, the light turns on, and then the needle drops to zero. I don't know what to do; the coffee is no longer strong. It spent over a month in service without results, and they don't care.
