Removable frying plates of the De'Longhi CGH910 electric grill are made of high quality metal, both classic corrugated and smooth plates are included in the package. The distance between them can be changed, adjusting it to the thickness of the products being laid. The thermostat allows you to adjust the heating temperature in the range of 80-230 °C, in addition, there is also a classic timer with an auto-shutdown system for equipment after a predetermined period of time.

It is difficult to say that the grill is so necessary in every kitchen. No, this technique is not the first or even the second necessity. After all, a steak can be easily cooked on a regular non-stick frying pan. But if you try that steak and meat cooked in this machine, then your hand will reach for a bank card or cash.

Real branded high-end kitchen appliances that are not ashamed to be left on the table. It looks just as impressive in real life as it does in the picture. For some, such nuances are not important, but I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I just can’t stand cheap plastic, but here is metal and an impressive weight of 5.5 kg. The design is solid, strong, the assembly did not let us down, the Chinese, with proper quality control, also know how to work. The work plates are thick, die-cast aluminum with a really good non-stick coating. Thanks to powerful double-sided heaters, the plates gain operating temperature quickly. Up to the maximum 230 degrees required just for cooking a steak, they heat up in about 6-7 minutes. The minimum temperature set by the regulator is about 100 degrees, her wife uses for delicate vegetables, but I think that 140-150 is the minimum that makes sense to use for both vegetables and sandwiches. The device can operate in two modes - bilateral grill and barbecue. There are two small fat collectors. The grill plates are made removable, thanks to the resistant non-stick coating, they are easy to wash by hand, but even easier to feed the dishwasher)

As for the collection of fat when frying fatty pieces of meat or fish, then with a decent thickness of the pieces and a good gap between the plates, it still splatters. Therefore, when I cook meat, then, in order not to bother with the table later, I have to cover the surroundings with a film. The most annoying thing is that it can get on the control knobs ((
