A representative of De'Longhi's La Specialista line for 2022, it is a carob coffee maker with a built-in coffee grinder in a stylish metal design. It is intended for home use and is positioned as a solution for mastering the skills of a barista and preparing delicious coffee at home that is not inferior to what is made in coffee shops. The “heart” of the device is a 1400 W thermoblock and a 15 bar pump.
The first will reduce heating time and speed up the preparation of drinks, and the second should help with high-quality coffee extraction. The De'Longhi La Specialista Arte EC 9155.MB coffee maker is equipped with a built-in coffee grinder with 8 levels of grinding adjustment. But in addition to beans, you can use ground and tableted (pods) coffee. By default, three semi-automatic preparation programs are offered - espresso, Americano and hot water.
Thanks to the presence of a manual cappuccino maker, you can also whip up milk foam in the pitcher (a milk container included in the package) and prepare cappuccino, lattes or other milk-coffee drinks. The user can also adjust the strength and temperature of the coffee. The removable water tank holds 1.7 liters, and the maximum height of the cup that fits under the dispenser is 12 cm. The package includes a professional holder with a filter for one and two servings, a tamper for forming coffee tablets and a descaling kit.

This machine has been in use for about half a year. I'm 100% satisfied. It allows you to make coffee just like in a cafe. Thanks to the built-in coffee grinder, there are no problems selecting coffee grounds at the store (whether the grind size will be suitable or not). It can brew espresso, Americano, cappuccino, and latte. Want tea? Please - there is a hot water dispensing feature. This model features not an ordinary boiler but a thermoblock, allowing it to work just 10 seconds after being turned on. Another advantage is that this model has a spinner (cappuccinator) instead of a panarello, which makes it possible to froth milk for cappuccino more effectively. The foam comes out uniform and matte, without large bubbles, allowing for latte art, which makes your drink not only delicious but also attractive. The package includes all necessary accessories and even a little more; it was a pleasant surprise to find that a milk pitcher is included, making milk frothing and latte art easier. And probably the main point is its price. This model makes coffee no worse than expensive professional coffee machines. So if you've long wanted to try your hand as a barista, I recommend this model.
