Eldom M200

A simple and inexpensive electric meat grinder from the Eldom brand. Its equipment implies that the model is primarily designed to work with meat products. The set includes three discs with meshes of 3, 5 and 8 mm, thanks to which the method of grinding food can be perfectly matched to the type of dish being prepared, as well as special nozzles for forming homemade sausages and hollow meat kebbe tubes.

However, the device can grind not only meat, but also fish, raw or boiled vegetables, fruits, cottage cheese and other products. Eldom M200 cannot be called a powerful professional-level device, but its capabilities are more than enough for home use. A sharp steel knife quickly and evenly grinds the ingredients, and in large quantities - the meat grinder is able to process up to 1.5 kg of meat in one minute.

The motor provides two-way operation: the standard speed for chopping and the reverse function, which includes movement in the opposite direction to clear the auger of stuck pieces, strands and bones. The body and loading tray are made of plastic, the model is quite compact and does not take up much space in the kitchen. The design, thought out to the smallest detail, deserves special attention: in the compartment built into the rear of the case, you can store mince discs, and in the wide pusher - other attachments.
