Что самое главное для правильной работы духовки? Правильно, равномерность. И в этой духовке как раз этому момент уделили максимум внимания. Нагревать можно в одиннадцати разных режимах. Выходит, что подобрать из них оптимальный можно для любого продукта или любого блюда. Я за три месяца успела попользоваться ею немало, но пока не проверила и половины ее возможностей. Из проверенного эти месяцы: 1) запекала курочек, все получилось с первого раза и настолько вкусно, что муж еще два дня вспоминал 2) делали домашнюю буженину, снаружи по неопытности немного пересушили, но внутри мясо получалось дико вкусным 3) регулярно делаю трехлетнему сыну творожные запеканки в формочках и они ребенку очень нравятся 4) просто запекала яблоки, картошку, буряк 5) яблочный пирог-шарлотка готовится вообще на ура. Короче говоря, если понимать что делаешь, то все выходит в лучшем виде. Еще она удобно устроена внутри, мне понравились телескопические направляющие, легко чистящаяся эмаль и, кончено же, дверца с приятным доводчиком. К слову, эмаль легко чистится после обработки паром, такое предусмотрено инструкцией. За сына не волнуюсь, двойное стекло дверцы нагревается, но не так чтобы обжечь. Ну и защита от шаловливых ручек тут тоже есть, без этого никак. Собрана духовка в Словении, придраться к чему-то у меня не получилось, хотя я особо и не пыталась ))) Иногда ощутимо шумит вентилятор. Пошатывающиеся утапливаемые ручки не внушают доверия и даже немного пугают. Хотя чего тут пугаться, ведь есть два года полноценной официальной гарантии. |
