A compact and extremely simple mechanical juicer for home use, presented on the market by the popular Slovenian brand of small and large household appliances — Gorenje. The device is designed exclusively for the production of freshly squeezed juice from citrus fruits and equally well handles with the extraction of juice from lemons, oranges, limes and grapefruits. The device is equipped with a large liter tank for collecting juice for such models, which allows you to prepare a fairly large volume of natural juice at a time.
Gorenje CJ40W operates at a low power of 40 W and is controlled mechanically. That is, the user will have to make, among other things, their own efforts in order to get freshly squeezed juice at the output. The device has only one working speed and one cone-shaped nozzle, so you should not expect high performance from it. However, the model is equipped with a system for adjusting the amount of pulp in the juice: grids with holes of different diameters allow you to decide how much pulp you want to leave in the juice and how much to remove. The case itself and most of the components are made of durable plastic, making the juicer reliable in use and easy to clean.

I have wanted a citrus juicer for a long time, but my husband once heard it and brushed it off. But once, in the evening, friends were visiting us at home and we decided to make cocktails for a pleasant atmosphere. And the purchased orange juice in the package turned out to be completely useless. Then I quickly manually squeezed out a small portion of juice directly from a whole orange, mixed it with vodka and gave it to my husband to try. He brought me this juicer the next week. Inexpensive. The juice is very tasty. It cannot even be compared with the tkm that is sold in stores in foil cardboard containers and various kinds of bottles. Of course, its taste depends very much on the qualities of oranges, but even from the average hand of fruits, a divine drink comes out that can be drunk on its own, or mixed with other natural juices. The machine is quite powerful, the pulp of the cake separates well, the bones do not fall into the juice under any circumstances. It can be assembled in 15-20 seconds, disassembled even faster. Washes easily and also very quickly. Two year warranty. It does very well only with citrus fruits of small diameter. Lemon is OK, a small or medium-sized orange is also OK, but a full-fledged grapefruit is not very convenient to manage. The thing is that the rotating juice-squeezing ribbed cone is small here and it is difficult to wield it in a large grapefruit hemisphere. As a result, everything is squeezed out of a similar size of citrus fruits with great difficulty. Short cord, saved 40-50 centimeters. |
