And since he could cut, I will cut with a knife. That is, the whole point of this slicer was only in quick cutting of the table before the guests arrived. But I did not pay much for such a device. After the failure of the predecessor, the ardor died down, everything was cut by hand. Then the thought of buying such a pribluda came up again. This time I took it more seriously. I looked at models that were not folding and immediately drew attention to the knives, that is, what knives are on sale. And then I find, for myself, an unknown company graef. There are knives on sale, the price tag is far from cheap, if you do not look at professional slicer models. In addition, a German, and before that I bought a vacuum cleaner in the same way, for me not a well-known German manufacturer, and I am very pleased with it.
