A simple two-speed mixer that can be used both for beating eggs/whites/creams and for kneading pastry dough. Strictly speaking, if you are primarily interested in kneading dough, then it is better to look either towards stationary blenders or buy a separate dough mixer. In such a model, hooks and dough handling are not the main mode. But he whips up wonderfully. On the second speed (the first for dough and hooks), the beaters turn the proteins into a lush, thick mass in just three to four minutes. The mixer sits confidently in the hand, the handle is purely plastic, but ergonomically shaped. Enough power, never had a problem. The case itself is small in size, takes up very little space during storage, and is quite light (0.73 kg). Standard one year warranty. I thought my previous mixer was noisy. How wrong I was!
