Conventional welds on stainless steel lose their corrosion resistance and can quickly deteriorate. So sometimes stainless steel is less resistant than regular enameled structural steel. This branded boiler is made well and with high quality, so there is every reason It looks nice and very modern. Safe to use. It has several systems that protect against high pressure, overheating, switching on without water, and so-called active electrical protection. The latter automatically turns off the electricity supply in case of noticeable current leaks, which happens quite often when the heating element shell is damaged. Decent electrical power of 2.5 kW allows you to quickly heat a considerable hundred-liter volume. After just an hour and a half, you can take a shower and fully enjoy hot 60-degree water. Heavy, which indicates the thickness of the metal from which the tank is made. The strength of the storage tank is also evidenced by the fact that it was tested at a pressure of 16 atmospheres. Even if it is idle for a long time, the water in the tank does not deteriorate. This is prevented by two factors: a special silver-containing coating on the inner surface of the tank and automatic antibacterial treatment, which is performed by the electronics of the control circuit every 30 days. I planned to install the water heater in the kitchen. Therefore, I was looking for rectangular models of small depth. ARISTON water heaters of the ABS VELIS POWER series perfectly met all my requirements, except that the price was puzzling. The water heats up great. Thanks to the high power of 2500 W, warm water flows from the tap in just half an hour, you can take a shower in less than an hour, and it warms up to a maximum temperature of 80 degrees in just over two hours. Excellent results for a 100-liter boiler. Intelligent “eco” mode. At first I thought that we were talking about ecology, but everything turned out to be more prosaic - it was a matter of economy. Eco mode is operation at reduced power (1500 W) and, therefore, energy savings. Respectable appearance. It has become a worthy decoration for the kitchen. Thermal insulation is at a high level. I left for three holidays, turned off the boiler and upon returning found that the water was still warm! The heating temperature was set to 60 degrees, and after 72 hours it remained about 35 degrees. Well protected electrically. It is equipped with a protective shutdown device that de-energizes the boiler in the event of a short circuit or other serious electrical problem. For normal operation in our electrical networks we need a stabilizer or at least a voltage cut-off. Otherwise, the electronics will burn out to hell. The price is steep. Compared to domestic boilers, it is several times higher, but operating experience shows that the money was not spent in vain. |
I have been using the boiler for 5 years. All OK. It copes with its task perfectly. I read that many people write that the touch control panel burns out after a year or earlier, but I don’t have this. Although, it should be noted that the heater does not work constantly, only when the hot water is turned off, maybe that’s why it works without problems, I don’t know, but the fact remains, 5 years of excellent operation.
