Everything for chest and triceps

The feature of Inter Atletika ST-003 is the presence of bars. So, on the racks for the bar there are special handles that will allow you to “finish off” the pectoral muscles and triceps with push-ups after various types of presses and wiring. However to ensure the stability of the simulator while working on the uneven bars, it is better to leave the bar with pancakes on the racks — for counterweight. To prevent the bar from accidentally jumping off, the manufacturer has provided protective hooks from falling, thrown from above onto the bar.

The bench for a press differs in small dimensions. In width, it takes only 62 cm, which, for example, is comparable to that of many gaming office chairs. It is only necessary to provide that the minimum length of the neck for the bench press is 1.2 m. It is recommended to leave space in the back along the length for push-ups on the uneven bars.

There is also a minus due to the small width of the bench — the narrow arrangement of the racks. It makes it difficult to remove the bar and put it back into place during the bench press with a wide grip. Another disadvantage of Inter Atletika ST-003 is stability. Transverse rear supports and a short longitudinal front leg do not exclude shakiness, although this is not critical (you need to get used to it).
