I regularly use this bench during breaks from my sedentary work, and 2 sets of hyperextensions really help boost blood flow to the lower back. It's an indispensable thing for office workers, especially if there are hints of osteochondrosis. The bench is lightweight, can be moved to any place, and is compact since its long leg folds. Plus, the roller with the long arm is removable, but the system isn't great, as you have to screw in a threaded handle—which is essentially a regular bolt, which takes a while. I would've preferred some sort of quick-release mechanism there. The roller can be fixed for two exercises—to work on abs, or for hyperextensions (reverse back extension). You can adjust the roller's position to suit different heights, as there are several designated holes for that. The rollers are soft, made from foam, and the flat surface is also padded with something soft, so no discomfort was experienced during workouts. If you need to strengthen your back, this is a great product, especially since the price is quite reasonable for such a trainer.
