Inter Atletika ST008

This bench is a more functional version of the Inter Atletika ST-301. The main advantages are the adjustable backrest up to a negative angle and a partially folding design that allows you not to clutter up the space. Model ST-008 is designed for user weight up to 120 kg.

Large selection of tilt angles

Inter Atletika ST-008 is suitable not only for working on the pectoral muscles. The bench maintains a negative back angle. Thanks to this, you can additionally work out the bottom of the chest during the presses, load the press with high quality. So, when the backrest is fixed in a position below the seat, the simulator turns into a working alternative to the Roman chair (such a model, for example, as Inter Atletika ST-004). And the maximum positive angle of inclination of 90 degrees will allow you to perform seated shoulder presses.

Additional functionality

The bench is not equipped with racks for the bar, which initially reduces the variability of using the model. But, firstly, you can press dumbbells. Secondly, the manufacturer has provided the possibility of additional installation of the Scott bench (for working on the biceps) and attachments for training legs. And, thirdly, Inter Atletika ST-008 can be combined with Pro ST007 branded racks or Smith's machine, getting a practically ready-made gym at home with the ability to perform exercises for all muscle groups.
