Simple as a door and understandable even to a child electric stove. It does the same thing as a built-in electric oven, i.e. bakes, grills, roasts and dries. The difference is only in the body and volume. The volume here is smaller than in typical inserts, but this does not create any hemorrhoids. For a spit, such a camera would not be enough, yes. And without it, 45 liters is even dofiga. I used to work as a cook myself. First I got into the kitchen in the army, I learned something there, then, in civilian life, I worked for another year in a small cafe and abandoned this business. There are easier and more enjoyable ways to make money, and cooking is not easy and physically hard. So, I’ll add about the oven that in the mode when the upper and lower heating elements are working and convection is active, it warms up well. But only the grill + convection is rather weak in my opinion. He cooks, but it takes more time than it could. A maximum temperature of 250 degrees is enough, a non-professional does not need more. The dough bakes for 10 out of 10, any. The timer is not long enough, you need to do at least 90 minutes. And so, if necessary, you have to turn it on again. Unlike separate built-in ovens, there are no special enamel or glass-ceramic coatings inside such an oven. If you need to bake potatoes, then there is no difference, but if it is pork in its own juice that is baked, then splashes of fat fall on the walls and ceiling of the chamber. And then the absence of enamel is remembered with dirty curses, because washing it from fat from the inside is that hemorrhoids. If you do not do this immediately, within a couple of hours, then later it can be done only with vigorous household chemicals. |
