The body of Metabo DKG 80/16 is made of composite material. It is not heavy, does not cool the palms when working in an unheated room and does not slip out of the hands (especially since there is an additional corrugated lining on the handle). And in terms of strength, it is not inferior to devices with steel cases, so this stapler is not particularly afraid of bumps and falls, which certainly happen to the tool in workshops and on construction sites. The nominal operating air pressure required for the Metabo DKG 80/16 is 7 bar. Therefore, it can be operated from almost any middle-class compressor (for example, you can take Metabo BASIC 250-24 W, Metabo Basic 160-6 W OF or similar equipment from any other manufacturer). Clamps of type 58 are used as equipment for work. To protect against accidental shots, a fuse is installed under the trigger button (it is unusual, you need to get used to it, but in general there are no complaints about it). The tool is sold with a handy plastic box.

A feature of this stapler is its spout. Firstly, it is narrow and long — perfect if you need to attach upholstery or film in corners, joints between different surfaces and other hard-to-reach places. Secondly, unlike other pneumatic staplers, Metabo does not “spit out” excess oil through the spout, but is removed through a special hole in the handle.
