This combine, compared to branded machines from Bosch, Philips and other popular brands, is not that expensive, and in terms of its capabilities it is in no way inferior to them. First of all, it cuts and shreds/grates perfectly. Any of the four complete discs or a double-sided blade knife are used as knives. This way you can grind any dense or not very dense product. It turns out especially beautiful with carrots or apple slices. The speed with which the combine does this work is simply amazing. If you compare it with manual cutting, the difference will be at least 10-15 times. Therefore, you can cut/grate vegetables/fruits/cheese almost instantly. In addition, there is an attachment for mixing/emulsifying and whipping. Just right for making homemade mayonnaise, after which you will hardly want to buy this sauce in the store anymore)) There is also a blender and a juicer. Now is not the season for making juices, I’ll try it in the summer, but sometimes I use a blender. It has a plastic one and a half liter bowl and you can make a cocktail in it in just 30 seconds. There are eight speeds, they are selected depending on the operation being performed and the product being processed; a separate pulse mode is also provided. The dough kneading attachment is also included in the set, but for some reason, I didn't have any success with it. I tried twice, and both attempts ended with an under-mixed dough smeared in a thin layer on the sides of the bowl. When chopping, some uncut residue sometimes "hovers" at the top of the bowl. |
