Small but smart

Considering that a dual microphone is installed here (in the upper corners of the device) with a sound capture angle of 90 °, the recording is quite high quality with the ability to hear even very quiet effects. In addition, there is 8 GB of internal memory and a slot for an additional microSD card format, so there is enough space to record any conversation, even a long seminar.

Stand!

There is an important nuance in the design of the model - a stand with which the device can be installed on the table in a position directed towards the interlocutors (speaker). This is handy for interviews, and it's a pity that most voice recorders on the market lack this detail.

Flash drive with buttons?

On the one hand, the model can be connected to a computer via a standard USB port. On the other hand, this is not implemented very conveniently - the connector is built into the case and is pulled out by pressing a button. This means that the device is connected directly to the computer, like a classic flash drive. It's just that the sizes are a bit inconsistent. This cannot be considered a serious drawback, although several unpleasant moments during operation are quite possible.

Simple and complex

Interestingly, there are 2 options for the menu interface. A simple one provides access to the most popular functions, and a complex one allows you to fine-tune the gadget's operation, up to the sensitivity of the microphone (including an external one that can be connected through a special port). The first mode is intended for novice users, and the second is suitable for professionals, respectively.
