All Panasonics are configured via the web, this is done for security so that no one left there configures anything. In my opinion, this is a good solution, I don’t know what autorun is for, anyway, you don’t need to climb there every day, but from time to time. In general, the phone is simple, which is to be expected based on its price, but all the functions you need are there, the phone is more interesting than the previous generation of the same brand. It is more convenient to work on it, the firmware is normal, I did not have any difficulties. Maybe the hands grow from where? I give it a solid four, because I don’t use it for long, maybe there are still pitfalls. You can connect 2 accounts, the optimal set of functions, low price No ![]() |
The lines were set up in this way: one is separate for receiving calls from customers, with a federal number in the usual format, and the second is joint for several operators, it is already a regular sip account, it is for internal communication between branches and partners, they call there quite rarely, so it's more economical. Although at first we allocated a separate number to each operator, but ... you understand, you need to save money. Bought two more for new employees. Fast, clear sound, good firmware, big book, 2 lines, easy to customize interface No ![]() |
We initially bought one device, after all, it's something new, so it had to be tested. I chose it, I confess - the design captivated me first. But still, the brand is reliable, so I decided to try it, especially since it could be returned under warranty if something goes wrong. Initially, there was a slight issue with incoming calls - it gave an error 002 - IP address conflict. But updates came and the problem disappeared. In other aspects, no problems arose. Telephony is based on Asterisk 12, there were no complications. As for functions: I was pleased with the call log - up to 32 digits; there is the ability to use your phonebook and remote; blacklist (only if Caller ID is connected); blocking anonymous calls; you can program hotkeys (numeric). Also, there is a multi-call notification - audible on all employees' phones. This is how we now call for briefings. By the way, last week we installed 8 more such phones in a new department. Easy navigation, clear instructions, 2 sip-lines, elegant design - female phone: beautiful and simple. The first firmware is not very good, sometimes it crashes. Now there are updates - it flies. ![]() |
