Вообще-то мы с мужем собирались покупать довольно простую мясорубку, но когда окунулись в вопросы выбора, то стало понятно, что брать бюджетное и дешевое смысла нет. Действительно, покупать простую мясорубку, которая не умеет больше совсем ничего, для обычной домашней кухни смысла немного. Использоваться она будет совсем не часто. Другое дело – такое многофункциональное устройство как эта модель от Филипс. Стоит она, правда, немало. За многофункциональность и фирменную гарантию доплачивать приходится, не без этого. Это не просто мясорубка, это еще и соковыжималка, точнее томатовыжималка и овощерезка. Но обо всем по порядку. Как мясорубка она показала себя уверенно и с хорошей стороны. Свинину, говядина и тем более птицу измельчает бодро и быстро. Скорость в килограммах в минуту я не измеряла, но если мясо уже подготовлено, читай очищено от жил и толстых пленок, то надолго включать ее не приходилось. В 4-5 минут я при любых обстоятельствах укладываюсь. Все перемалывается одинаково быстро и через 5-и и через 8-и миллиметровую решетку. Кроме этого она хорошо справляется с томатами и неплохо режет овощи. Ну, по крайней мере, две из трех насадок могут быть полезны. Вот реверс тут зря не сделали. Была уже однажды ситуация с жилистым куском мяса, который застрял на шнеке в районе ножа и мешал продолжать работу. Был бы реверс – можно было бы провернуть его в обратную сторону, подцепить и вытащить. А без реверса только разбирать. Еще муж после изучения инструкции сказал, что ни в коем случае нельзя допускать попадания в нее костей. В ней есть одноразовая предохранительная деталь, которая после удара о кость разрушается, и восстановить работоспособность потом можно только через официальный сервис. Причем сервис такую ситуацию "справедливо" считает не гарантийным случаем )) |
