The Philips Daily Collection HD 2139 hermetically sealed instant food appliance has joined the Daily collection of multicookers designed for everyday use in 2020. The outer coating of the copper-coloured case is made in a matte texture, on which, unfortunately, fingerprints remain. The cover of the device with a pressure control valve is completely removable, which can be added to the design asset, and the rated power of the heating element is 1000 W. A large Teflon-coated bowl with a capacity of 6 liters is used to load the ingredients of the dishes, and an electronic control panel with a digital display and push-button switches is used to set the cooking parameters. The Ukrainian interface of the control panel with a set of dozens of built-in recipes for local cuisine deserves a separate plus.

The user has access to 14 preset programs (7 regular and 7 under pressure) for frying and stewing meat and poultry, baking fish, cooking classic vegetable saute, crumbly and liquid cereals, mouth-watering soups, crispy casseroles, as well as processing gourmet seafood. Healthy food lovers will appreciate the steam cooking mode, which preserves vitamins and useful micronutrients to the maximum. The model has a detailed baking function for different types of products. For ease of activation of the pressure cooker mode, there is a special button on the control panel that allows you to get a delicious ready-made dish in a minimum time. Additional buttons make it possible to quickly set the process temperature, the cooking time, or to delay the start of the selected programme (24 hours). At the top of the panel there is an indicator scale that displays 6 states of the pressure cooker operation mode: start, heating, pressure build-up, cooking under pressure, heating (up to 12 hours) and delayed start. The minimum pressure cooking time is 1 minute, the maximum continuous pressure cooking is 59 minutes, and the maximum heating temperature is 160°C. The model comes with a measuring cup, a ladle, a rice spoon, a 1.2 m power cable and a user manual.
