I am pleased with the purchase of the food processor. I've tried all the attachments. I used the dough attachment to make batter for thin pancakes and really liked it because the liquid batter doesn't splash everywhere and it's easy to pour. The mincing attachment for meatballs and patties works quickly, with a sharp knife. The graters are good: I grated potatoes for potato pancakes and shredded and grated everything for borscht, it was done quickly and beautifully. I made mayonnaise with the emulsifying disc. It's a pleasure to make cocktails in the blender, as well as puréed soups. With the mini chopper, I quickly ground coffee beans. Everything is done quickly and efficiently. Powerful, convenient, multifunctional. Very quick and easy to clean. Takes up little space. There are small uncut pieces of vegetables, noisy. ![]() |
I bought it specifically for canning. I cut large quantities of carrots, onions, and greens, and shredded cabbage. It handled everything well. Sometimes I make minced liver and fish. There is an attachment for potato pancakes. I like it. Compact, powerful, easy to clean, easy to assemble, disassemble the graters have slightly dulled after a year, leaving small pieces of vegetables unchopped (but that happens in any food processor). use Philips Viva Collection HR 7761 more than year i recommend it should buy |
I didn’t expect that a food processor from such a serious brand would cost quite reasonable money. But miracles do happen. The combine is not particularly complicated, but it has a lot of functions and, which happens infrequently, all the promised functions actually work. It uses not ordinary standard discs, but special plastic round parts in which a special cutting insert is clamped. There are five such inserts in the set. With their help, you can cut into pieces, grate coarsely or finely, chop coarsely or finely and grind anything softer than wood)) There is also a grater for potato pancakes. There is also a block with knives, an attachment for kneading dough and a special attachment for mixing immiscible liquids. This very attachment allows you to make excellent creamy cocktails and delicious mayonnaise. In my life I will never buy store-bought crap again, only homemade. I liked the original solution of combining a food pusher with a measuring cup. Unexpected and really useful. Made efficiently and wisely. Simple and easy to disassemble and assemble. Even easier to clean. We also use a grinder and the coffee turns out great. I didn't like kneading dough in this processor. This happens for a very long time, apparently because the nozzle is too small. The solution with inserts instead of disks is very controversial. And I understand that in this way Philips saved a lot on stainless steel, but a plastic disk with a replaceable insert is much more unreliable than a solid steel one. And finding a replacement will be much more difficult. |
