Reliable and high-performance fruit dryer from a Ukrainian manufacturer. It can be used for harvesting a wide variety of traditional and exotic vegetables and fruits. It also allows you to quickly and efficiently dry medicinal and spicy herbs, whole and chopped berries, nuts, mushrooms, meat and fish. The robust and durable construction of the seven steel mesh trays, made of food-grade stainless steel, is designed for impressive quantities of products.
Quiet and reliable fan provides a stable vertical flow of warm air. For complete control of the drying process, there is a thermostat and an intuitive mechanical control system. In addition, the ProfitM ESP2 fruit dryer is characterized by a large internal volume (20 L) and a high power of the heating element (820 W), which, if necessary, provides a large amount of heat to quickly remove moisture.
It is positioned as a product of the upper part of the middle price category, intended for domestic use. Designed for users who prepare large quantities of food and want to have full control over the drying process to achieve the highest quality results. The mechanical control system with a rotary knob offers five temperature settings covering the range from 30 to 90 °C. Harn model, ale and nuances First and foremost, I chose a metal dryer after reading reviews about how trays crack in plastic ones, and I definitely made the right choice. The metal is really of good quality, everything is evenly coated with powder coating, and there are no strange odors. The mesh on the trays is small, so berries don't fall through, nor does small greenery. The height of the edges is enough to dry tomatoes in halves. Very simple to use: a switch and a temperature regulator. Wide temperature range available (up to 90 degrees, which is rare and a privilege of a metal-bodied dryer). High power and many trays. It dries quite quickly, even plums and pears. It handles any products. The top cover has a hole with a flange for an exhaust, so you can attach a corrugated hose, and you'll be happy. Over 3 years, 5 out of 7 trays started to rust, even though I didn't use abrasives. Because of this, everything began to stick and rust stains are left on the products. However, the manufacturer sells trays separately, if anyone is interested. I changed the switch 4 times, it just "melts" from high temperatures during 2-3 sessions of 8 hours each. It's good that it can be easily replaced (with clips) and it's not expensive. It wouldn't turn on when purchased, it turned out it wasn't fully assembled, and I had to disassemble it and connect the power cables to the fan and thermostat. Also, pay attention to the stamping of the bottom tray, mine came completely bent and the air passed only from one side and got stuck in the body (replaced after contacting the manufacturer). The weight is noticeable, after all, it is metal. The fan works quite loudly. Uneven heating and you need to constantly rearrange the trays (bottom ones to the top, top ones to the bottom), but that's the nature of a dryer with a fan and bottom heating. ![]() |
I have been using since August 2020. Completely satisfied with the dryer. When the place in the freezer ran out, I began to dry: garlic, onions and greens, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, celery root, dill, parsley, parsley root, lettuce peppers, carrots, beets, apples, pears, plums. In fact, to cook borsch, I only take raw potatoes and cabbage (although they can also be dried). Like everything Not found ![]() |
I bought it a week ago and dry apples every day. I really like it. I’m very satisfied. I recommend this particular model as opposed to plastic dryers. I hope that you will be satisfied with this device. It resembles a product of excellent Soviet quality. Metal body and sieves; quiet; there is a thermostat. Not yet. I hope not. use ProfitM ESP2 week |
