Order placed on 21.12.2021 at 12:11 PM. Gasoline generator RZTK G 3500. Picked it up on 23.12.2021 at 4:30 PM. Took the generator to the gas station, filled 5 liters of A92 gasoline. Then I went to the garage, poured in Motul 4T 10w40 oil, 280 UAH per liter, used 620 grams. Tried starting it until 8:00 PM, the generator wouldn't start at all, felt like there was no compression. Took it back to the store, they issued an exchange certificate! On 24.12.2021 at 2:20 PM, I picked up the second generator from the store! Decided to go straight to the gas station, which is 300 meters from the store, filled 5 liters of A92, added oil, and began to start it right at the station, after 5-10 attempts, an explosion shocked me and those nearby!! The muffler on my wonder generator blew apart, the explosion was so strong that the station attendants rushed over with fire extinguishers! I recovered from the incident, packed up my generator, and took it back to the store, the staff were panicked about what could happen, discussed, and decided to order a third one ))(I really need the generator for work, I think the third one will definitely be fine. We filled out an exchange form, and I went home. 25.12.2021. I'm at the store! I already brought a canister of gasoline with me to test it on the spot. They brought out my third!! generator on a cart. I told the consultant I wanted to test it, and the consultant said no problem. The consultant took the generator outside, filled it up, and began to start it; after 50-60 seconds, an explosion occurred! The exhaust burst, the consultant was white as a sheet, in shock.
