Quiet, easy to use and efficient auger juicer with automatic pulp ejection and simple mechanical controls. This type of model is mainly intended for active domestic use. Suitable for demanding users who want to get high quality juices with the maximum content of vitamins. Unlike more affordable and popular centrifugal designs, in this model juice is extracted from vegetables / fruits not due to centrifugal force, but by mechanically crushing the fruit with an auger and filtering the liquid through a special metal filter.

It is made of durable high-alloy stainless steel, chemically resistant to strong organic acids. This technology allows the Sam Cook PSC-50 Juicer to extract the maximum amount of nutrients, vitamins and enzymes from foods. At the same time, the low rotation speed of the working auger (only 33 rpm) reduces friction, prevents the temperature of the juice from rising and reduces its oxidation, allowing you to save more natural antioxidants. The device is equipped with two containers - one for juice (its volume is 1 liter), and the second for cake (its volume is 0.6 liters).
