The bread maker has its own dough mixer, while a separate dough kneading mode is also implemented, without further heat treatment. There is a fast baking mode. If necessary, you can enable a delay start for up to 15 hours. After the end of cooking, the heating mode is switched on. The device prepares bread in the same way as in professional bakeries.
