When buying this coffee machine, be prepared for the fact that not a single service center will undertake to service it. The one that is listed as official does not work (at least in the Dnieper), and the rest shy away at the word Siemens. It's all about the design of the brewing unit. During the warranty period, the machine works relatively well, although small glitches do occur. As soon as it ends, the brewing unit starts to wedge. The result is that the first portion of coffee ground after turning on the machine spills past the brewing unit, then it gets worse, the unit finally wedges. Services, as I already said, recommend replacing the unit (after they get ripped off for diagnostics and supposedly prevention), or they generally say - Siemens is not for us. In fact, no one does diagnostics. There are two ways out - either to buy a new brewing unit, and this is 3500-4000 UAH as of the beginning of 2021, or to disassemble, clean and lubricate the brewing unit on your own, which I did according to YouTube videos. In general, the feeling that this should have been done right after buying the car and then at least once every six months. The built-in cleaning programme is suitable only for decalcification, and as for cleaning coffee oils - fake! She does not clean anything, the money spent on cleaning tablets is a waste. Just disassemble and wash, and then reassemble and lubricate. The process of disassembly with direct hands, time and good leadership is not so difficult, but ... In general, draw your own conclusions ... Good espresso and americano. Screw-type brewing unit, lack of service, cappuccino brews every other time (experiments with temperature, fat content, amount of milk, washing the cappuccino machine after each cup do not give any result. it all depends on the mood of the coffee machine at the moment). Disadvantages include the lack of the ability to brew two servings of coffee at the same time at the touch of a button, only works with coffee beans (no ground coffee), lack of temperature control for drinks (which is provided by most competitors) and the lack of an included water filter.
