The most important is the freezer bowl. I first put it in the freezer for 8 hours empty, since the walls of the bowl contain liquid that freezes and keeps the cold in the bowl. Then I pour the cooled, not hot liquid into the bowl and the process of stirring the ice cream mass begins with a special screw mixer. The freezer bowl cools the mass, cools and slightly freezes. I set a timer for 20-30 minutes. All is ready!
