In fact, I treated such heaters with some prejudice. But when I needed to make quick and inexpensive heating in the garage, none of the other types of heaters can do better than two such devices with an area of 29 square meters. When buying household appliances, I always pay attention to the brand. The product may be of decent quality, but if it is imported through grey schemes, there might be warranty issues. Considering how appliances are made nowadays, the warranty is almost the first thing to consider after the main technical specifications. UFOs have been sold in Ukraine for a long time, imported and traded officially, and their two-year warranty is not just on paper but in practice. There are no complaints about the work of the two heaters purchased. I mounted them on the walls, the angle turned out to be fixed but so convenient that almost the entire area of the garage is well "covered" by thermal infrared radiation. The main advantage of such infrared "guns" is that you start feeling warmth in the garage immediately after turning them on, literally within 15-20 seconds. There's no need to wait for an electric converter to heat up or for a fan heater to blow warm air; you can turn these devices on, and within a couple of minutes, you can remove your outerwear, you won't freeze under their rays. They are made quite well, the metal is thin but not excessively. Overall, normal Turkish equipment. There is overheat protection. There is nothing in the kit other than wall mounts, so if I need to turn them on at home, I will have to buy an additional stand. It is pleasant to warm up under such heaters from the cold, but it is still unpleasant to be in a heated room for a long time (more than three hours), they also dry the air not weakly and the skin begins to tighten. |
