Didn't like it at all. I've been using it for half a year, and this problem hasn't been resolved. When loading the lower basket, it comes off while pulling inside. Very inconvenient! I have to manually hold the full basket with force and adjust it. It's always been like this since day one. Dishes are clean occasionally, very often spoons and plates aren't cleaned.
