Didn't like it at all. I've been using it for half a year, and this problem hasn't been resolved. When loading the lower basket, it comes off while pulling inside. Very inconvenient! I have to manually hold the full basket with force and adjust it. It's always been like this since day one. Dishes are clean occasionally, very often spoons and plates aren't cleaned. And the pots are just a nightmare. I have to wash them by hand. I am very upset. Bought a year ago and exactly a year later both baskets rusted .. all cleaning and care products were used correctly. but alas .. the paint from the baskets began to peel off ... there is no interchangeability. in the service center, when asked if it is possible to purchase separately, they are fed with promises for three months ... before that there was a small BOSCH .. worked for 12 years without any problems at all and continues to work ...
