But my daughter bought a bread maker. She got married last year and now lives outside the city. They have a problem with buying fresh bread, because there is no store nearby, and fresh bread can be brought from the city. It seems that they carry to the local store what is not sold in large chain supermarkets. In general, they bought such a model to bake bread on their own. At first, the daughter used ready-made dry mixes designed specifically for bread machines. It turned out well, but it was still not homemade bread. And then she began to select the components on her own, tried different flours, sugar, yeast, sourdoughs and other additives. In general, after another visit to my daughter for a visit and a tasting, I could not resist.
Quite inexpensive, if you recalculate the cost of this stove in dollars, then in general a ridiculous amount is obtained. But, nevertheless, it is able to bake very tasty bread, cake and knead the dough. She makes the usual white "brick" divine. If you use high-quality products, then any store-bought bread loses outright when compared. And what about the magical smell that is obtained in the process! It has only one spatula, but the dough is kneaded qualitatively. There are many programs, including programs for sweet pastries, the degree of baking is regulated, that is, in fact, the color and density of the crust. There is an accelerated mode, but I have never used it, Bread does not like haste.
Its heater power is small, so rye bread can only be prepared from ready-made mixtures. Nothing good can be baked on rye flour on its own. The bread comes out low, too dense and unevenly baked.
