The horizontal dryer from the VINIS brand is an electronic kitchen assistant that allows you to dry vegetables, fruits, herbs, mushrooms, bread, and other products. The model can be attributed to solutions at the intersection of the mid-range and high-end class, which is partly due to its large capacity (working chamber volume of 38 liters) and expanded delivery set.

In addition to 10 main mesh trays made of stainless steel, users are offered two more trays: a solid one for making fruit leathers and a fine-mesh one for drying herbs, berries, and other small or sticky products. For control, a simple and understandable touch panel with a small display is offered. Users can easily and quickly set both the temperature mode (ranging from 35 to 70 degrees Celsius) and the drying time (timer up to 24 hours).
