Zig-Zag heating elements are a structure consisting of a dielectric base and a conductive heating tape fixed to it, made of nickel-chromium alloy. When turned on, such an element quickly warms up to a temperature of 300-400 °C. and in just 5-10 seconds reaches a stable operating mode. The key feature of the Volteno VO0268 convector is the presence of a built-in low-speed convector, which creates an air flow that blows around the heaters, and this forced convection significantly accelerates the heating of the entire volume of air in the room. It demonstrates the highest efficiency, converting all consumed electricity into heat. It is equipped with an electromechanical thermostat and overheating protection. It can maintain a set air temperature, which makes it possible to save electricity. The full operating power is 2 kW and, if necessary, it can be gradually reduced to 1.25 kW or 0.75 kW.
