We got married. The stove worked for a month and the control and response to pressing any button began to work poorly. They began to call the store that sold it to us and promised a guarantee from the store that they would allegedly call us a master later. The calls lasted about a week there and they hung noodles on us. Then they called a paid master from this company - they thought they would fix it. The master came and took 250 hryvnias for the call!!! And he could not do anything because he did not have the necessary payment. He said that they never had spare parts for this office !!! The old electric stove with classic "pancake" heating elements had long required replacement. We hesitated for a long time over whether to buy a progressive induction cooktop or settle for one equipped with regular ribbon emitters. After weighing all the pros and cons, we decided to keep up with the times and chose this Polish-made model. Whirlpool is a well-known and quite reputable brand, so the risk was actually minimal. We do not regret our choice at all. The induction heating principle is truly a progressive and convenient method, and this cooktop quickly became our favorite. The first thing that delighted my wife was the heating speed. Compared to the old electric stove, the difference is very noticeable, and boiling water happens about one and a half times faster. There's no more waiting for the "pancake" of the heating element to get hot before effective heat transfer to the cookware occurs. With this cooktop, the cookware itself heats up immediately after turning it on, while the black glass-ceramic surface remains cool and can only absorb heat from the bottom of the pan or pot. This pleasant feature means that food pieces that accidentally fall onto the glass-ceramic do not char. As a result, cleaning this surface is a breeze. The touch controls and precise power adjustment make working with it easy and enjoyable. It has a timer that not only beeps to alert that the time is up but can also turn off the burners. Plus, it's simply beautiful. There is a slight noise of fans cooling the electric part of the burners, and at full power a chirring sound is heard from electromagnetic coils. He is not intrusive, but at first he attracted attention. |
