I'll join the previous review. The WHIRLPOOL AKT 8210 LX stove worked for less than a month and cracked from heating!!! I went to the store where I bought it with the warranty they provided me at purchase, and the consultants told me it was not their problem and I should call the hotline. I called their line and requested a diagnostic. And so, one fine morning, "Uncle Vasya" rings the doorbell to conduct the diagnostic. How diagnostics happen at the service: RULE ONE! HE TOOK HIS OLD-FASHIONED PHONE, PHOTOGRAPHED THE CRACKS ON THE SURFACE WITHOUT PROPER LIGHTING, AND LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The next step was to wait for results. A week passed with no word!!!!! It was the second week; no one called, so I decided to call. A lady answered, saying she would call the master to find out the diagnostic results and call me back!!! The third week came, no one called or said anything!!!!!!!!! I called again, and it all repeated!!!!!!!!!! The fourth week came, and again I called, and they replied that they already told me the results!!! WHAAAT!!! WHAT RESULTS!!!??? WHY AM I CALLING YOU THEN!!!!!! FOR HALF AN HOUR, SHE TELLS ME SHE WAS ON VACATION AND KNOWS NOTHING!!!!! PROMISES TO CALL BACK!!! AND AGAIN I WAIT A FEW MORE DAYS!!! TODAY I FINALLY FOUND OUT THE RESULT THAT IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY!!! THE SERVICE RESPONDED TO ME VERY "NICELY" TODAY!!!! WITH THE WORDS I DON'T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO YOU! WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THIS!!! I AM YOUR CUSTOMER! 000000 complete zero!!!!!!!!!!!!! nothing positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! THEY SPEAK RUDELY TO THE CLIENT!!!! WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW IF YOU WERE ON VACATION!!!!!! I'M CALLING FOR DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS AND IT TELLS ME ABOUT THEIR VACATION!!!! AND WHEN I ASK ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY SAY THEY DON'T HAVE TIME TO TALK TO ME!!!!!!!!! IT'S JUST HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! the entire stove is one huge disadvantage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The glass is scratched. The stove is not even half a year old and is all scratched. and new ones were cast. unclear. We called the service center and they told us that they don’t have such glass to replace. Buying such a stove was a big mistake. The oval expansion zone turned out to be completely unnecessary. We tried to cook stew in a roasting pan on it - had to open the hot pot and constantly stir the dish so it wouldn't burn at the bottom. Since the stove heats only from below, dishes made on this zone are better placed in the oven. There, thanks to the convection, the dish cooks from all sides, and you don't have to turn it over and risk getting burned by the lid, and then clean the grease off the stove and furniture. It's better to get a stove with two round zones for round pots and pans. The main drawback is that the glass of this stove is very scratched. The sensors became difficult to operate over time. |
