Introduced in 2021, the World Vision TV tuner is positioned as a combined device capable of receiving digital channels from both on-air broadcasting (DVB-T / T2 standards) and cable providers (DVB-C). The device is an updated version of the T62A model, against which it differs in more modern hardware (the GUOXIN GX6702H5 processor is used), as well as support for the H.265 codec.
The World Vision T625A LAN set-top box received a time-tested MaxLinear MXL608 tuner, which is capable of broadcasting a high-quality television picture and is characterized by stable operation. By default, it is proposed to use a 100 Mbps LAN port to connect to the Internet. But a wireless connection is also possible (an external Wi-Fi adapter can be connected via USB). If you connect the model to the Internet, you will be able to use IPTV, the popular Megogo online movie theater, plus access to the RSS news feed and the Weather application. Among other features, it is worth highlighting the presence of a display and a remote control, with which, among other things, you can control the TV (turn on / off, adjust the volume).
