The Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner is designed to automate the cleaning process, freeing users from routine tasks. It handles dry and wet cleaning simultaneously or alternately, and it does so at a decent level. With an impressive suction power of 8000 Pa, the device effectively cleans both hard surfaces and carpeted floors. The main turbo brush is complemented by combs that cut hair, threads, and fur, preventing them from wrapping around the roller.
Wet cleaning is provided by two rotating discs with soft, fluffy attachments. One of them extends beyond the body to more thoroughly clean areas near baseboards and furniture legs. The vacuum automatically detects carpets, lifting the attachments by 10 mm and increasing power to the maximum when crossing onto them. If desired, carpet avoidance can be completely configured.
A Vacuum That Maintains Itself
After cleaning, the robot returns to a station that performs multiple tasks: charges the battery, unloads debris into a large bag, washes the attachments with warm water, and dries them with hot air.
