The mid-budget vertical dryer of the YOER brand is a universal device for processing fruits and vegetables, herbs and mushrooms, as well as meat and other products. Features of the model include double-sided plastic trays, which do not contain harmful components (BPA-free), guarantee simple operation and easy care (dishwasher safe). The set includes 5 trays measuring 315x250 mm each, but if necessary, you can purchase up to 5 more accessories, increasing the useful working area by 2.4 liters with each new tray.

And by default, the capacity of the YOER VitaSave dryer is 12 liters. The height of the trays is prudently adjustable. Thus, the minimum position of 1.5 cm is suitable mainly for compact storage (the total height of the body will be only 21.5 cm), and the maximum position of 3.5 cm will make it possible to place whole berries or reduce the labor intensity of pre-cutting other larger ingredients. The 450 W heating element is located at the base of the case and is complemented by overheating protection. The controls consist of a display, buttons and a rotary switch, which, among other things, allows you to select the temperature (35 – 70 °C) and set the timer.
