The SPARKY trademark is owned by Sparky Eltos AD from Bulgaria (part of the Sparky Group). Under it, all kinds of hand tools for domestic and professional use are produced. Moreover, this company is one of the largest manufacturers of power tools in Europe, the number of products produced annually reaches one million pieces.

Sparky Eltos AD started its activity in 1961 and was originally engaged in the production of various models of electric motors. Subsequently, the idea to expand the range of products was born. For this, a license was acquired for the production of power tools from the German company AEG-Telefunken (in those years it was one of the leading manufacturers of a wide variety of goods, the decline began only in the 80s). The release of this product started in 1965.

Initially, the Bulgarian company was engaged in the production of several models of drills, then wrenches and angle grinders were added. The latter began to be delivered to the Soviet Union, where they received the name "Bulgarian", actively used to this day. Subsequently, Sparky Eltos AD has repeatedly expanded the range, including all new solutions. Today the company actively produces the most diverse tools, as well as all the necessary accessories with consumables.
