Raclette grill

— originally designed for cooking raclette, a traditional Swiss dish made with melted cheese, these appliances feature specific elements. They include small individual pans that are used for melting the cheese. These pans are placed in dedicated recesses, while above them, there is a solid surface with a heating element. This surface is used to cook vegetables, potatoes, ham, and other ingredients that are served alongside the melted cheese. However, the functionality of these devices extends beyond raclette. In most models, the upper part can be used as a conventional open grill, as mentioned in the corresponding section. Additionally, the frying pans can be used for cooking various other types of food, not only cheese.
