In this table, you can compare the technical characteristics of Midi Tower enclosures from the review, and choose a model yourself in the enclosures section.

Four backlit fans, certified ARGB hub, easy-to-install perforated front panel, reasonable price.

The length of the graphics card is only up to 32 cm.

Chieftec Hunter is a solidly built PC case, both externally and internally, for its reasonable price. Supports the installation of all form factors of motherboards: miniature Mini-ITX, medium-sized Micro-ATX and full-fledged Full-ATX. But the length of compatible video cards is limited to 32 cm (occasionally there are models a centimeter or two longer).

The main material is a steel sheet half a millimetre thick, painted with black paint with an antistatic effect. The side viewing window is made of tempered glass, resistant to scratches and impacts of medium strength. The thickness of the glass is 3 mm, which is slightly less than the typical 4-5 mm. The whole structure weighs 5 kg together.

The front panel is plastic with a ventilation grid in the centre, behind which a trio of fans hides. A dust filter is not provided, but the panel itself is easily removable, so there will be no problems with cleaning. The fourth turntable is installed for blowing on the back wall of the case.

All fans are decorated with ARGB and connected to a central hub, which allows you to control the speed and colour. The hub is certified by all major manufacturers of matinok: ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic, Gigabyte Fusion and ASRock Polychrome. Probably, Biostar Vivid is also unofficially supported.

The side walls are attached with magnets, a rack for heavy video cards, a height margin for the CSR, a USB Type-C port on the interface panel.

Only one fan included.

Deepcool CL500 is an old—school strict, even a little rough in appearance, primarily because of the lattice design, PC case. But inside it is made according to all the latest technological trends. For example, the side panels, both glass and the opposite one-piece metal, have a screwless mount — on magnets.

The manufacturer has stated the permissible length of the graphics card is 33 cm, but if the fans are installed not inside the case, but between the frame and the front convex panel, then you can win another couple of centimeters. An adjustable metal stand is provided to support long and heavy video cards.

On the top panel, in addition to two full-size USB Type-A ports, there was also a place for a compact two-sided Type-C. There are three control buttons: Power, Reset and unlock the top cover for dismantling the grate with a dust filter. It is more reasonable to mount the radiator from above: there is a sufficient margin for him in height and air bubbles will not collect.

A pair of easy-to-install slides for 2.5-inch solid-state drives, as well as a hub for four fans, are hidden behind the motherboard tray. Only one non-luminous turntable is supplied in the kit. However, a modification of the CL500 4F case with four ARGB propellers has recently gone on sale.

Two transparent glass panels, four backlit fans, RGB hub, graphics card length up to 35 cm, its length up to 360 mm.

The height of the processor cooler is up to 16 cm.

FSP CMT340 is a computer case with two panels of tempered glass 4 mm thick. And if through the side panel you can see in detail all the components of the PC (motherboard, graphics card, RAM and cooler), then there is a trio of fans behind the front panel. The weight of the structure is 6.2 kg.

The blown turntables have a diameter of 12 cm and a customizable RGB backlight. A fourth blow-out fan on the back panel, also with LEDs, as well as a common hub for connecting all this, are attached. A couple more propellers or a 240-mm water block can be installed on top (or 360-mm in front instead of the already pre-installed fans).

The power supply compartment is covered with a casing so that the protruding wires do not spoil the interior of the PC. Fine-mesh dust filters are provided on the bottom of the ventilation grille of the power supply unit, as well as on top of the housing. There are two seats for 3.5-inch HDD and the same for 2.5-inch SSD.

The maximum length of the graphics card is a solid 35 cm (in principle, there is no longer). But the height of the processor cooler is 16 cm, which is enough for a typical tower, but may not be enough for a two-towered supercooler (occasionally there are 17 cm). There is plenty of space behind the motherboard pallet for hidden cable laying.

Three 14 cm fans, a glass side window, a mesh front panel, video cards up to 37 cm and tower coolers up to 19 cm, ARGB-backlight.

Not everyone will like the white colour.

be quiet! Pure Base 500DX is relatively compact in length and height (by the standards of the Midi Tower format), but at the same time a rather thick PC case. The large depth allows you to install even double—towered superculars up to 19 cm high, and video cards up to 37 cm.

The front panel is made of mesh and decorated with unobtrusive ARGB-backlight. The panel is connected to the housing frame not by wires, but by contacts, so that it is completely dismantled. The case is painted white not only externally, but also inside. In addition to the white, there is also a black modification of the Pure Base 500DX.

The basket for two 3.5-inch hard drives is removable and with vibration-absorbing pads made of soft rubber. And there are not many seats for 2.5-inch SSDs, not a few, five pieces. The mounting frame of the power supply is also made easily removable — on the lambs.

The main advantage of Pure Base 500DX is a trio of pre-installed branded be quiet fans! Pure Wings 2 with a diameter of 14 cm. Their maximum rotation speed is 900 rpm and can be reduced by PWM technology. And taking into account the relatively long-lasting screw-threaded bearings (hydrodynamic ones are practically not used in case fans), the manufacturer gives a three-year warranty on the case.

Three ARGB fans and one without backlight, a composite side panel made of glass and metal, the possibility of vertical installation of a graphics card up to 39 cm long.

Only one fan is placed on top.

Thermaltake Divider 300 TG ARGB is one of the most unusual—looking Midi Tower cases. It has not one or two, but as it were one and a half glass panels: the front and half of the side in the shape of a triangle. The second half is made of durable sheet steel.

The main design feature of the Divider 300 TG ARGB is the ability to choose the position of the graphics card: the classic horizontal or the newfangled vertical, so that its glowing fans can be better seen. And taking into account the half-transparent side wall, the graphics card looks like it's peeking around the corner. PCI-E slot plugs are made reusable, on lambs.

The second side wall is not completely blind, as in most other cases, but perforated. Such an engineering solution will definitely reduce several degrees of heating to the internal components of the PC. Easy-to-install dust filters are provided on almost all ventilation grilles of the housing.

On the top panel of the Divider 300 TG ARGB, in addition to two USB Type-A, there is also a USB Type-C with a speed of up to 10 Gbit/s. Behind the transparent front panel there are three ARGB fans with a control hub at once. In addition, the Thermaltake Divider 300 series includes an economy package with only one non-luminous fan, as well as a white-coloured housing.
