The best powerful and functional robot vacuum cleaners
We independently test the products and technologies that we recommend.

In the table you can compare the characteristics of the described models of robotic vacuum cleaners, and in the general section you will find even more robotic vacuum cleaners to choose the most suitable one.

The ECOVACS company calls its product a premium robot assistant, and we would confidently give it the title “TOP for your money,” since for a very reasonable price the vacuum cleaner offers a full range of functions necessary for high-quality cleaning, as well as advanced capabilities for more efficient work . This is a universal 2-in-1 model for dry and wet cleaning: for this purpose it is equipped with two side brushes, microfiber, a 420 ml dust container and a 240 ml water tank. The big plus is that the robot automatically recognizes carpets and, when moving onto them, independently increases the suction power. The result is truly high-quality cleaning: the device easily sucks up dust, small and larger debris, and most importantly, hair and animal fur. During wet cleaning, he simply avoids carpets. Another feature is the OZMO Pro wet cleaning technology. Simply put, to clean floors, a vacuum cleaner uses an electric vibrating tank, which generates up to 480 vibrations per minute. But keep in mind that even this technology cannot cope with stubborn dirt and dried stains, so you will still have to carry out general cleaning.
The manufacturer also focuses on a laser system for spatial orientation and mapping of rooms. The DToF laser and TrueDetect 3D and TrueMapping technologies are designed for this, thanks to which the robot quickly and accurately scans the house, intelligently plans routes (does not drive chaotically or miss areas) and recognizes obstacles at a distance of up to 10 meters. Children's toys, socks, wires and other things thrown on the floor are not a problem for it - the device goes around them and eliminates getting stuck, so you do not have to carry out preliminary cleaning before starting the robot.
In addition, the model will be a good choice for large houses, as it can create and remember maps of different floors (maximum 3), overcomes obstacles up to 20 mm high, does not fall from stairs thanks to the anti-fall sensor and has a capacious 5.2 Ah battery, one charge which will last up to 3 hours of continuous operation. When discharged, the device will return to the charging station on its own, after which it will return to where it interrupted cleaning.
Like many modern robots, control uses not only buttons on the body, but also an application on a smartphone. In it you can select a mode, specify specific zones, set virtual boundaries and set up a cleaning schedule. In addition, the vacuum cleaner understands voice commands using virtual assistants Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa and provides voice reports - for example, if it starts cleaning, returns to base, etc.
Finally, another interesting point was the automatic garbage disposal station, which independently empties the dust container and collects garbage in a special disposable bag. One bag lasts for about a month of heavy use, after which you will be notified to change it. However, this station, unfortunately, is not included in the package and will have to be purchased separately.

Xiaomi can already be considered a pro in the production of robotic vacuum cleaners, so it is not surprising that each of its new products receives more and more interesting developments and technologies. In this case, the Ultra prefix in the name indicates the advanced nature of the model - it is both universal and multifunctional, as well as simple and easy to use, which is important for the buyer. The device can be used both in apartments and large houses and offices, and all thanks to a powerful motor and a capacious battery. A brushless motor is installed inside, which provides stable suction power up to 4000 Pa. For those who are far from these indicators, we explain: the vacuum cleaner is powerful enough to collect small particles and large debris, as well as effectively clean smooth surfaces and carpets. In particular, it easily copes with the hair and fur of pets and, in general, performs its tasks with a solid “A”. Its versatility lies in the fact that the robot can do both dry and wet cleaning, but don’t expect high-quality floor cleaning from it - it definitely won’t replace a regular mop. There are 4 suction power modes and 3 water supply modes to choose from.
In addition, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 5.2 Ah battery, one charge of which, according to reviews, is enough for 2 – 3 hours of continuous operation, depending on the selected mode. And Xiaomi itself says that the battery is capable of cleaning an area of more than 240 square meters without recharging.
But the main feature was the support for the automatic cleaning station Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 Ultra Auto-empty Station. That is, the robot not only cleans the house without your participation, but also independently throws out the collected garbage. The station received two airlocks with a powerful air flow of 16,500 Pa, thanks to which the dust collector is emptied almost instantly - in just 10 seconds. The collected garbage accumulates in a large disposable bag, which, once filled, must simply be thrown away. Its volume is as much as 4 liters, which means the bag requires replacement after approximately 7 cleanings of the 550 ml dust container. And then came the turn of the most important “but”: the vacuum cleaner only supports the self-cleaning station, that is, it and garbage bags will have to be purchased separately.
To build an accurate map of the room and orientation, the device uses various sensors and a camera: three-dimensional obstacle detection technology eliminates collisions with furniture and collisions with scattered things and wires, the ToF sensor determines height and narrow spaces so that the robot does not get stuck under furniture, special sensors on the bottom measure height differences and protect the device from falls from the stairs, and the LDS laser navigation system scans rooms with a 360° viewing angle, as a result of which the robot is well oriented in space even in low light and efficiently plans cleaning routes. Management occurs using the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home mobile application, where you can change the mode, set up a cleaning schedule, select a specific zone, set virtual boundaries and view other useful information about the operation of the equipment. The number of features is increased periodically through OTA updates.

The flagship model from the Viomi range is aimed at making life as easy as possible for the owner and minimizing the need for intervention. And the docking station helps a lot with this, which simultaneously serves to charge and self-clean the tank. That is, you don’t have to clean the dust collector after each cleaning - the robot parks itself near the station, and all collected garbage is automatically sucked into a disposable bag. Interestingly, the station itself is even more powerful than the robot, so the tank is emptied almost instantly - in just 15 seconds. True, it works quite noisily, but we believe that this is not such a big price to pay for the absence of unnecessary hassle. This is especially true due to the fact that the device uses a combined tank for water (the model can perform dry and wet cleaning) and garbage collection, so the dust container itself has a small capacity and needs frequent cleaning. Both a self-cleaning station and several disposable bags are included in the package.
By the way, the model will definitely be appreciated by people suffering from allergies: in addition to the fact that they do not have to breathe dust when emptying the dust collector, it also has a triple filtration system, including a HEPA filter. As a result, up to 95% of small particles, dust and allergens are retained inside, and already purified air comes out.
Another advantage of the robot is the presence of four laser lidars with artificial intelligence that scan the room at 180 degrees. Thanks to them, the device quickly and accurately maps the room, gets as close to the walls as possible, doesn’t crash into furniture, doesn’t miss any areas, and most importantly, avoids obstacles. The manufacturer claims that the system recognizes more than 150 everyday items like children's toys, pet bowls, extension cords, slippers, etc., as a result of which you do not have to remove all of them from the floor before starting the vacuum cleaner. However, in practice, this function does not work so perfectly and the device can still drag some things across the floor.
At the same time, the device effectively removes dust, crumbs, hair and fur due to the considerable suction force of 4000 Pa, overcomes thresholds up to 20 mm high, quickly jumps onto carpets, while increasing power, maps quite accurately and after several test passes works well navigates the room. It can also mop the floor, clean up small puddles of spilled liquids, and cleans corners and baseboards efficiently without leaving any blind spots. For control, you can use the virtual assistants Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa and an application on your smartphone, which allows you to adjust the suction strength and intensity of wetting the wipes, remotely start the vacuum cleaner, view a map and limit the cleaning area.
A fairly capacious 5.2 Ah battery is installed inside, one charge of which is enough for 3 or more hours of battery life. It is stated that in one session the device is capable of cleaning an area of up to 420 square meters, and this is an impressive figure. That is, the device will be a good helper in large houses.

Sencor's robot vacuum cleaner can easily be called a universal model for dry and wet cleaning, and the packaging helps in this regard. The manufacturer was as generous as possible and put in the box almost everything you could expect from such devices. Thus, the delivery set includes a pair of side brushes (one of them is spare) for sweeping debris out of corners and other hard-to-reach places, microfiber for wet cleaning, a charging station, a main rotating brush, an additional rubber brush, which is recommended for use on floating floors made of wood or laminate, as well as two containers at once. The first is a 480 ml dust container, intended only for dry cleaning, the second is a combined tank for dry and wet cleaning, consisting of a 240 ml part for garbage and a 260 ml water tank.
In addition, the model is universal in terms of management. To do this, you can use the usual buttons on the case, the remote control included in the package, and the proprietary application. Of course, the application has broader functions, where you can create a cleaning schedule by day and individual rooms, configure various parameters and designate restricted areas where the vacuum cleaner cannot go. The robot uses Wi-Fi with a frequency range of 2.4 GHz, so you can control it from anywhere - for example, if you are in another room or not at home at all.
We already often talk about the versatility of the Sencor SRV 9550 BK, but you can’t take the words out of the song. The next item on the list is working with any floor coverings and rooms of different sizes. That is, the robot effectively performs its tasks both in a minimalist apartment and in a large house where there is laminate, linoleum, carpets, paths, people, animals and much more. Its suction power is 8000 Pa, meaning small particles and large debris will not be a problem. When entering the carpet, the vacuum cleaner automatically increases power to better clean the pile. There are three power settings and multiple cleaning modes, including single or multi-pass, along walls and in specific locations. A big advantage is the capacious 6.4 Ah battery, one charge of which is enough for continuous cleaning for 200 minutes. If the charge level is insufficient, the device will automatically return to the charging station, where it will take about 5 hours to fully restore energy.
Also, owners of large houses will appreciate the compilation of separate maps for up to 5 floors and the ability to set optimal settings for each room or floor. At the same time, the robot quite competently remembers the situation, draws up routes and navigates the premises. It’s not surprising, because for this he has a whole arsenal of a LIDAR laser system, a gyroscope, infrared sensors and all kinds of sensors. Therefore, you can safely leave the device in an empty house: it does not crash into or damage furniture, does not get tangled in wires, avoids obstacles and does not fall down stairs.

Dyson is just beginning to conquer the market of robotic vacuum cleaners - there are only a few models in its range so far. But what kind: the latest development in the form of 360 Heurist combines advanced technologies and developments and can safely be called one of the most productive robots among its many competitors. But still, at first glance, it attracts attention with its appearance, standing out not only for the bright blue color of the body, but also for its unusual dimensions. It is smaller in width (23 cm), but taller (12 cm) compared to other vacuum cleaners, and this has both advantages and disadvantages: on the one hand, such a device will fit in narrow spaces, on the other hand, it will not be able to pass through under low furniture such as a sofa, armchair, etc. Another feature was the absence of wheels - instead, the “all-terrain vehicle” received a pair of tracks. There are no side brushes here either, just as there is no need for them, because the rotating turbo brush occupies the entire width of the body. While most competitors miss some areas on the sides, this robot vacuum cleans debris thoroughly from edge to edge.
Manufacturers love to add the “smart” prefix to their devices, but the Dyson vacuum cleaner is truly smart. It is powered by a Dyson V2 digital engine, a powerful quad-core processor and a whopping 8GB of internal memory. The motor spins at 78,000 RPM and features Radial Root Cyclone technology for strong suction. As a result, the device removes fine dust and larger debris from any surface: laminate, tile, linoleum, carpets, and even from cracks and gaps. Filters capture particles up to 0.3 microns in size and release already purified air outside.
There are 3 operating modes to choose from: High for powerful suction, Max for even deeper cleaning and Quiet - cleaning with minimal noise. The model is intended only for dry cleaning and, accordingly, is equipped with one dust container with a capacity of 330 ml. Also note that such “brains” come at a price and take a lot of energy, so the battery life is up to 75 minutes depending on the mode.
To navigate and map the room, the robot uses a 360-degree camera. While moving, sensors measure the distance every 20 milliseconds, so the vacuum cleaner moves confidently and does not crash into obstacles or fall down steps. Moreover, it constantly refines the map and identifies areas that need more thorough cleaning. At the same time, it moves slower than most of its competitors, but it stands out for its more precise and methodical approach to cleaning. By the way, at the bottom of the case there is a ring of LEDs, which turn on in poor lighting, so that the device “sees” and works effectively even in the dark.
Connection occurs via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, which ensures signal stability and connection reliability. With the proprietary Dyson Link app, you can view your cleaning map, create a schedule, change settings, track charge levels, define zones, and set virtual boundaries—all in a few clicks, from anywhere in the world.
