An excellent display for the money, 105 sports modes, blood oxygen monitoring, women's calendar tracking, autonomy up to 10 days.
No GPS module.

Probably the main feature of Haylou smartwatches is a high-quality 1.78-inch AMOLED display with touch controls. For its price range, the screen is notable for high image detail, because the resolution is 448x368 pixels, and the pixel density is 326 ppi. You will also be pleased with a good refresh rate of 60 Hz and the ability to download over 100 different watch faces.

The model stands out against the background of its predecessor Haylou RS4 with a magnetic clasp that replaced the traditional buckle. The number of sports modes has significantly increased: there are now more than a hundred of them against the background of 12 in the earlier version. Your workouts will record your heart rate, estimated calorie consumption, steps taken, distance traveled, and other activity metrics.

The body of Haylou RS4 Plus is made of metal and meets the IP68 protection class, but it is better not to take them into the shower (and even more so into the pool).

The watch measures the pulse not only during sports, but around the clock. They also "know how" to determine the level of oxygen in the blood, stress indicators, track sleep and keep a women's calendar. As befits a smart gadget, they will complement the smartphone, alerting you to calls, SMS and various notifications. In normal mode, they are able to work without recharging up to 10 days.

The model does not have a GPS module, so, for example, runners will need a connection with a smartphone to navigate and accurately determine the distance. Otherwise, for the money, Haylou RS4 Plus is an interesting wearable gadget with a cool screen, a good balance of functionality and autonomy.

Pulse, pressure and oxygen sensor, the ability to answer calls by voice.
If you like round clocks more.

Gelius Pro Amazwatch GT2 is a smart wristwatch with a heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen level sensor. A detailed report on the selected state of health, as well as physical activity (distance traveled, calories burned) can be viewed in the proprietary DaFit application. Compatible with iOS and Android, interact with a smartphone via Bluetooth.

They allow you to control voice calls (and communicate by voice, as there is a microphone and speaker), a music player. There are eight sports modes and more than fifty interchangeable dials (downloaded and installed through the aforementioned DaFit application). There is a sleep control function and a rest mode, when all notifications are temporarily turned off.

The screen diagonal is 1.7 inches, and the matrix is bright and contrasting IPS. Complete protection against dust and moisture according to the IP67 standard is provided, which allows you to fearlessly wash your hands and even swim in the pool (there is a separate swimming mode). The built-in battery lasts up to 7 days of use or up to 14 days of standby. If desired, you can buy multi-colored straps.

Price, 5ATM water resistance, Always-on-Display function, built-in GPS, women's calendar, good autonomy.
Not detected.

At one time, the Xiaomi Poco sub-brand loudly broke into the smartphone market with its devices, which offered almost flagship features at an inexpensive price. Now Poco has decided to conquer the smartwatch market with its debut Poco Watch. The first pancake did not exactly become a lump, but you should not expect anything supernatural from the watch either.

Like most low-cost gadgets, the smartwatch has a plastic case, a comfortable silicone strap, and a decent-sized internal frame around the display, although the rounded glass is trying to give the appearance of a bezel-less design. In general, the device is very light (only 31 g with a strap), comfortable and suitable for both male and female wrists. The full 5ATM water resistance deserves special attention, which allows you to swim and dive to a shallow depth. However, before diving, hot showers and saunas, it is better to remove the watch.

Also pleased with the bright and colorful 1.6-inch AMOLED display, and even with the ability to activate the always-on display (Always-on-Display) - this feature is not often found in inexpensive models. The screen duplicates incoming calls to the smartphone, messages and notifications from social networks, but, alas, you cannot answer them. In addition, the watch allows you to remotely control music playback and the phone's camera.

In matters of monitoring activities and health, the functionality will be more than enough for most users. The smartwatch supports more than 100 sports modes, monitors heart rate around the clock and sends a notification if the heart rate is above normal, measures blood oxygen levels, records deep, light and REM sleep phases, determines stress levels and helps keep track of the women's calendar. But the most important thing is that the device has its own built-in GPS for more accurate location determination - again, not all state employees can boast of this.

There are no complaints about autonomy either: the manufacturer claims that a single charge of a 225 mAh battery lasts up to 14 days of operation, although in reality, with fairly active use and periodic inclusion of GPS, the battery is discharged in about a week. Convenient magnetic charger included.

Design, built-in GPS, display with Always-On-Display function, autonomy up to 15 days, more than 120 sports modes, 5ATM water resistance, Amazon Alexa voice assistant, women's calendar.
There is no speaker for calls, like the Amazfit GTS 4.

The smartwatch has become a Mini version of the Amazfit GTS 4, with somewhat simplified specifications and a lower price tag. First of all, they are much more compact due to the reduced screen size, so the female half will definitely like it, although they are a unisex model. Also, there is no speaker with which to make calls, dual-channel GPS and some useful add-ons for extreme sports and tourists like altimeter and barometer. Otherwise, Amazfit GTS 4 Mini is in no way inferior to the older version.

Amazfit knows a lot about beautiful gadgets that look expensive and solid with any outfit, be it a sports or business suit. Despite the fact that the device uses the most common and inexpensive materials (plastic body and silicone strap), it looks stylish: ultra-thin body (9.1 mm without heart rate sensor base), rounded protective glass over the screen, smooth lines, aluminium frame and the weight of everything 31g (19g without strap), which makes the device almost weightless on the wrist.

The manufacturer used a 1.65-inch AMOLED display with rich colors. The Always-On-Display feature is a big plus, but keep in mind that enabling it affects battery life. The screen duplicates incoming calls and messages, but, as mentioned above, there is no way to answer them. Removing the speaker, the manufacturer left a microphone with which you can give tasks to the voice assistant. The model only supports Amazon Alexa.

Although Amazfit GTS 4 Mini is not aimed at professional athletes, they can easily cope with most tasks. The built-in GPS supports 5 satellite systems and will help you find your location faster and more accurately. The list of sports modes includes many different activities - there are more than 120 in total. These are walking, running, yoga, an exercise bike, dancing and much more - we don’t have enough space to list them all. Water resistance class 5 ATM allows you to swim and dive without removing the watch from your hand. And one battery charge is enough even for a hike: it has a decent capacity of 270 mAh and provides up to 15 days of battery life with normal use. Of course, it all depends on many factors: for example, more active users can count on 8 days of intensive use, always-on GPS reduces this time to 21 hours, and in power-saving mode, autonomy is about 45 days.

There are also many interesting features for health control. Pulse, blood oxygen levels and stress can be monitored on-demand or around the clock. The watch monitors the duration and quality of sleep, calculates the number of steps taken, the distance and calories spent on it, and will also help the owner control her female cycle. Not without the proprietary PAI health assessment system, which converts activity into points and motivates you to move more and more often.

In general, Amazfit has turned out to be a decent smartwatch model for those who are looking for a stylish device and do not want to overpay for features they do not need.

Energy-efficient Transflective screen, Garmin Coach mode, VO2 max measurement, ANT+ support, decent water protection (WR50M), autonomy up to 7 days.
There is no touch control.

Garmin's wearable is the youngest member of the Forerunner line, which combines running watches. A GPS module is provided here, providing more accurate data on the distance traveled.

When training, the Garmin Forerunner 45S measures your heart rate, estimated energy expenditure, running speed and cadence (step rate), and VO2 max. This is the maximum oxygen consumption, which directly reflects the current fitness and level of running training. Especially for runners-beginners, the Coach function is offered. It creates an individual training plan based on the test run (and analysis of its performance) and the goals of the user.

The watch is also capable of analyzing other fitness activities, including cycling, walking, and indoor activities. To expand the capabilities of the model allows support for the ANT + standard, which is used to connect professional sports sensors.

Pleasant bonuses include a good indicator of moisture protection WR50M. It allows you to take a shower in the watch or even swim (without diving), but there are no specialized modes for swimmers.

Garmin Forerunner 45S features a 1.04-inch color screen, which is made using Transflective technology. It provides Always on display mode by default and uses ambient lighting for backlighting. Therefore, even in the bright sun, the dial is clearly visible, and the battery holds a charge for a long time: the peak autonomy of the model reaches 7 days (without using GPS).

The disadvantages of the display include the lack of touch control, so it will take more time to master the model, because you need to get used to reliable physical buttons and their pressing sequences. Otherwise, the Garmin Forerunner 45S is a great choice for running fans who are not ready to pay extra for the older models in the line. It is also worth considering that a slightly larger version is on sale (diameter 42 mm instead of 39.5 mm) - Forerunner 45.
