The minimalist Xiaomi G27i gaming monitor cannot boast of shining LED backlighting and other attributes of gaming devices. The emphasis is on balanced characteristics and an affordable price that does not hit the thickness of the wallet.

The center of attention of the model is the 27-inch IPS panel with the usual Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels). The matrix has a scanning frequency of 165 Hz, a response time of 1 ms and wide viewing angles in all viewing planes (within 178 °). The display is capable of displaying over 16.7 million color shades. And the guarantee of good color rendering is the treatment of 99% of the sRGB spectrum.

Despite the average peak brightness of up to 250 cd/m², the monitor screen is claimed to support HDR10 technology. It does not provide a significant boost, unlike the AMD FreeSync Premium frame synchronization system - this technology is aimed at matching the frame rate between the IPS panel and the video signal source, which eliminates frame breaks and dropped frames when transmitting images.

The monitor is placed on a regular "leg" with available adjustments only for the screen tilt angle. The ports on board the model are represented by one HDMI v 2.0, one DisplayPort v 1.4 and a 3.5 mm audio jack. When sitting in front of the monitor for long periods of time, the Low Blue Light mode, backed by TÜV Rheinland certification, will come in handy.

The entry-level Acer Nitro XF270M3biiph monitor is great for gaming and all your everyday tasks.

Behind the thin-frame design of the model is an IPS screen with a picture resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. The matrix here is of a basic level - it was made using 6-bits + FRC technology. Nevertheless, the display is characterized by good color rendering, a high refresh rate of up to 180 Hz and a fast response speed of 1 ms. All this together ensures smooth rendering of dynamic scenes during gameplay or watching video content.

To avoid fatigue of the user's visual apparatus on the other side of the screen, the Acer Nitro XF270M3biiph uses a set of EyeProtect systems. Thus, the monitor has a flicker-free backlight, a blue light filter and a certain comfortable ComfyView mode. The picture is completed by an ergonomic ErgoStand stand with tilt, rotation, rotation and screen height settings.

The monitor is equipped with two HDMI ports version 2.0, one DisplayPort v 1.4 interface, a 3.5 mm jack for wired headphones or acoustics (the model does not have its own speakers on board). Thanks to the external power supply, the model was assembled in a "slim" case. The monitor has holes on the back for VESA-compatible wall mounts of 75x75 mm caliber.

In 2024, the AOC gaming monitor family was expanded with the mid-range 27G4X model. As you can easily guess from the name, the monitor's screen size is exactly 27 ".

The display is based on an IPS matrix with 8-bits color representation, Full HD resolution, 180 Hz refresh rate, and a response time of 1 ms (when switching from gray pixel to gray). The screen's color rendering covers about 128% of the sRGB palette or 95.5% of the DCI-P3 model. This indicates the ability to accurately display colors, which is useful for working with graphics.

For gamers, the model has 6 presets for various gaming genres. Additional functions are available such as displaying a crosshair in the center of the screen and brightening dark areas of the image. The monitor is connected to video sources via Display Port v 1.4 and HDMI v 2.0 connectors.

The monitor screen is mounted on an ergonomic stand with tilt and height adjustments. Additionally, it is possible to quickly change the orientation from landscape to portrait. Instead of the standard stand, mounting holes for a VESA wall bracket measuring 100x100 mm are offered. Finally, in terms of additional equipment, the model has built-in speakers of 2 x 2 W format.

The mid-budget Iiyama G-Master G2770HS-B1 delivers a quality gaming experience for hardcore gamers and aspiring eSports players.

The monitor has a flat IPS matrix, stretched diagonally by 27 ". The image is transmitted in the traditional Full HD format - 1920x1080 pixels with a scan rate of up to 180 Hz. The screen response time in MPRT mode is from 0.2 ms. This characteristic expresses the ability to render highly dynamic scenes without trails and doubling of the image.

Preset settings for various gaming genres allow you to dive deeper into the gameplay. In gaming scenes with insufficient ambient light, the Black Tuner function comes to the rescue of the user, allowing you to clearly see what is happening in the dark. The soundtrack to the gameplay can be provided by built-in 2 x 2 W speakers, along with which the monitor has a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting wired headphones.

The monitor's connectors include one HDMI v 1.4 and one DisplayPort v 1.2 - i.e. they are not exactly the newest. The non-adjustable stand is also somewhat disappointing. However, for a budget gamer with average hardware, the monitor's characteristics are quite sufficient. The model is an excellent solution in the inexpensive price range.

The VG279QL3A model from the Asus TUF Gaming line of monitors is designed for comfortable gameplay for long hours on end.

The gaming "breed" of the monitor is clearly visible in the characteristic design style of the rear panel of the case. In addition, the model received a practical stand with all kinds of adjustments to the screen position: tilt angles within ±15°, rotation and height (in the range of up to 120 mm). In addition, the display quickly turns into portrait orientation.

The display here is a flat IPS matrix of Full HD format. Its refresh rate is 180 Hz, the response time is measured from 1 ms (according to the GtG method), and the color gamut covers 125% of the sRGB "triangle". The screen has been certified by TÜV Rheinland, which concerns the safe level of radiation of the blue component of the spectral palette. In simpler terms, this reduces the strain on the user's vision.

The monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium frame synchronization technology, has built-in 2 x 2 W speakers, DisplayPort v 1.4 and HDMI v 2.0 ports (2 pcs.). Typical gaming functions for the model are a crosshair in the center of the screen, an fps counter, a timer and a function for brightening dark areas of the image.
