Asus Vivobook 16X OLED K3605ZF

The family of 16-inch laptops by Asus falls under the mid-budget Vivobook series, which includes balanced solutions for everyday tasks (business, work, study, etc.). Models feature a relatively thin form factor (19 mm thickness), moderate weight (1.8 kg), and a sturdy body (it complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810). Convenience in use is enhanced by the keyboard backlight, and additional privacy is provided by the webcam with a mechanical shutter.

All Asus Vivobook 16X OLED K3605ZF laptops are equipped with Intel Core i5 12th generation processors (Alder Lake). The processors' performance is supported by 16 GB of DDR4 RAM (with no option to add more sticks or upgrade), and a discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 graphics card handles graphics processing. The latter can ensure stable fps in less demanding games and/or at lower settings.

Other hardware highlights include an SSD M.2 solid-state drive starting from 512 GB and a 50 Wh battery, which supports fast charging (claimed to recharge up to 50% in half an hour) and USB C Power Delivery. Despite the mention of OLED technology in the name, most family models have an IPS matrix with a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels and 100% sRGB color space coverage. A pleasing bonus of these models is the Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) wireless module, ready for use in the low-loaded 6 GHz band. It's also important to note that no more than one external monitor can be connected to the laptop.
