I am generally satisfied with this device. It's intuitive to understand how to install the belt, but there's clearly a lack of images showing which part of the device should latch onto the belt. The first time I guessed wrong and had to disassemble and redo it. The sound quality heavily depends on the amplifier and speakers it's connected to. My modest set of PC speakers and not very powerful subwoofer deliver more than enough sound from the device. The metal tonearm on the turntable is very light (which is good), but at the same time, it's fragile, which is bad. Starting the turntable is quite convenient - you just need to place a record on the platter, turn on the turntable, and press the "Start" button, and everything is ready. The tonearm automatically lifts up, moves to the record, and lowers the needle onto it. It also automatically detects whether the record is 33 or 45 rpm and adjusts the speed accordingly. I like the smoothness of the turntable's startup process. I think it's worth its money. A modest set of PC speakers and a not-so-powerful subwoofer produce more than enough sound from the device. Minimalism rules
The device has compact dimensions of 360x370x98 mm and weighs very little — 2.6 kg, although the base and platter are made of aluminium. There is nothing superfluous and bulky in the design of the model — everything is minimal, strict, but stylish, in discreet colours: black, brown, aluminium or red. There is a removable transparent cover that protects from dust. The disc diameter of 295 mm ensures a reliable position of a record of any size and degree of rigidity.
Everything for good sound
The player does not have a built-in speaker system, so it must be connected to external speakers via an RCA cable. A switchable phono stage allows you to connect to active speakers or an external phono stage. Adjustable counterweight allows you to adjust the pressure force of the needle on the record, which prolongs the life of both the needle itself and the vinyl grooves. Your favorite track can be converted to digital format by connecting to a computer or laptop via the USB B connector.
The AT-LP60X-USB plays 33rpm and 45rpm records, so records that are too old (pre-60s) will have to be put aside. For all others, a felt mat, 45 rpm adapter, RCA audio cable, USB cable are included.
