The electromechanical sewing machine of the Swiss manufacturer Bernina is more suitable for novice craftsmen for repairing and sewing clothes at home. The fact is that it offers a rather modest set of 19 sewing operations, including 18 different stitches (overlock decorative, working, etc.) and a loop that is sewn in semi-automatic mode in 4 stages without turning the fabric.
You can adjust the stitch length (up to 4 mm), stitch width (up to 5 mm) and upper thread tension, and use the reverse sewing function to secure seams. And with a two-stage lift and pressure adjustment, the BERNINA Bernette Sew and Go 3 presser foot can handle all kinds of materials, from light to heavy. The classic vertical shuttle is responsible for the formation of the stitch, and four paws are included in the package for various tasks: universal, for buttonhole, for sewing in zippers and for sewing on buttons. And the manufacturer has made sure that the use of the machine is as convenient and comfortable as possible. To do this, there is a removable sleeve platform, a semi-automatic needle threader, a thread trimming blade and a ruler on the body for accurate measurements.
