Diameter 24 mm
The curling iron of the famous German brand Braun has a diameter of 24 mm, which allows you to make curls of medium thickness and is suitable for both long and short hairstyles. Ceramic coating and ionization

For added protection, there is an ionization function: directed streams of ions help retain moisture, reduce static electricity and make hair manageable, smooth and shiny. If desired, ionization can be turned off: for example, if you do not like the crackling sound that it makes.
5 temperature settings
Braun Satin Styler EC 1 has 5 temperature settings — from 135 to 185 degrees. Usually curling irons offer a higher temperature, but the manufacturer claims that curling at temperatures above 200 °C inevitably leads to the destruction of the hair structure, so they decided to abandon them. Moreover, the maximum mode (185 degrees) is advised to be used only for thick hair or professional needs. Therefore, if you have unruly thick hair, creating curls will most likely take longer, but they will be healthy.
The selected mode is shown on the display, but the adjustment buttons can be accidentally touched during operation. The tongs heat up to the minimum temperature in 45 seconds, for higher values it will take about 1 minute. After 30 minutes of continuous operation, the device will automatically turn off. It takes about 20 minutes to cool down.
